Meadow Creek's Southwest Fish
 

Prep time: 5 minutes
Cooking time: 15 minutes

Ingredients:

1-2 Talipia, or other white fish filets
Olive oil
1 TBSP., more or less, of Meadow Creek’s Southwest Seasoning

Process:

Preheat oven to 350°F. Coat oven-proof baking dish with olive oil to prevent sticking. Liberally sprinkle all sides of fish with Southwest Seasoning. Bake for 15 minutes, or until fish can be flaked with a fork.
