This Blend was created a few years ago at a Thanksgiving gathering when we wanted to create a new seasoning for an old tradition. So we threw open the cupboards and combined a blend of herbs and seasonings that became the hit of the day. Later, we discovered it also works very well on seafood, such as scallops, salmon and talapia. Using basil, sage, Himalayan Pink Salt, rosemary, thyme, and black pepper, with a dash of cayenne, this Blend creates the perfect seasoning for all types of poultry and many types of seafood.
